About a month ago I noticed that in the white of my right eye was really red. In a weeks time it became redder and looked like there was some swelling. It really didn't bother me but I had it checked out anyway. The eye Dr told me that it's inflammed and in other words it is arthritis. I was prescribed an eye drop which in three days dried my eye out and irritated it. I was prescribed another eye drop which helped taking the red away but did nothing for the irritating feeling. I haven't gone back to the Dr since then. When I first wake up in the morning it takes awhile to get my eye to focus and really just working at all. Off and on during the day my eye feels as though someone is sticking it with a needle and other times feels like there is something in it when there isn't. I really don't want to go back to the Dr or see another Dr if all they are going to do is give me the drops that really don't help. What, if any, other things could I do to help the pain? Or should I go to another Dr?

Thanks Kim
