Re: suspected corneal edema. Suggest you get another opinion right away. I was told I had "scratches on my corneas" when in fact I had a form of corneal dystrophy. Edema is a related condition. Very hard to get good info; you have to push hard and maybe see several ophthalmologists. Good luck!
