I needs some help to fine the right Doctor to help me .My eyes have been tearing for 4years . I had surgery on my left eye 3 years ago . Everything was fine till my eye got infected a week later , the tubes had to come out . The surgery was for nothing . Please help me fine a good Doctor . Thank You Elaine Guidry
