Hi Kay,

Superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis of Theodore is an chronic, inflammatory disorder. It is typically found in middle-aged women. Do you have any thyroid problems? Up to half of the people diagnosed with this disorder have thyroid dysfunction. Treatment usually starts with topical drops. Sometimes the upper puncta (the hole in your upper lid where tear comes out) can be plugged to help keep your eyes moist.
