: Developed a red blood spot that is 2-3mm in white material next to colored part of eye. Too much T.V.?

From Alexandra: It's not TV - I have had this happen several times since I was a child. Have seen the Doc and often when it has been windy outside or if I had a cold or cough alot, I can get this. Just make sure it is only in the white part of your eye - not the colored part (Iris).
