I had laser eye surgery on both eyes in May, 2000. I had astigmatism and far-sightedness. It improved my right eye from 20/400 to 20/25 and my left eye from 20/200 to about 20/40.
They are going to re-do my left eye (for free) in August. The procedure I had done was for mono-vision, i.e., one eye for close up and one eye for far away.
We are redoing my left eye because I still do not have crisp vision in it. I am very pleased with my surgery (lasik) and would recommend the group I used. Their name is TLC and they have a web site,
