: : Do you sneeze when it's bright out? If you do I think you could be of some help
: : to me. I'm doing a science project on this phenomenom called Photic Sneeze Relfex, which
: : is when you sneeze or feel an urge to sneeze when entering an area of bright light from one
: : of low or lower light. I'm testing the possibility of this reaction being at all
: : hereditary, namely able to be passed on from generation to generation.
: : If you have this reaction I would be very appreciative if you could email me at
: : brooksy2@zdnetmail.com with information about who else in your family, if anyone, has this
: : reaction also. Thanks a lot and again any information will be greatly appreciated.
: Yes I sneeze in bright light or sunlight usually first time I go outside. Have done this all my life ( 60yrs) but do not know of anyone of my children or siblings who also have this reaction to light.
Yes, I also sneeze in bright light or sun light. Very few people seem to have this same reaction and I am usually asked if I have allergies. I have sneezed for as long as I can remember and my father and sister sneeze as well in bright light.
