: I have condition called lazy eye. It is where my brain only uses one eye to see with. Therefore in my eye that is not being used it is very blurry and can barely see a thing. I was wondering if anybody has any tips or advice on how to get my bad eye better. I heard that excersises could be done to cure this problem. If anyone knows of any, or any other way to help me, i would really appreciate it. Thanks a ton.

:I've had "lazy eye" all my life, I'm 52 now. When I was very young, I did eye excercises. I guess they helped, I don't know, I've worn glasses, usually bifocals, since 3 years of age. The condition hasn't been a big problem for me except that I have bad depth perception which causes me to drop things that I'm reaching for when I'm tired. My youngest son has the condition and wears glasses, but is not hindered in his everyday life. I'm sure that today they must have some program for strengthening the muscles. Nothing was recommened for my son and the condition has not worsened. The best...susan
