I've been keeping a log of attacks for 3 years now - what I ate, stress levels, what I was doing at the time etc.. and the only common factor I can find is sudden exposure to a bright light - although not 100% of the time. another pattern I see is that I get few attacks from april to Sep/Oct, then get most of them over the Autumn/Winter months.
