I had surgery for a fractured zygoma (cheekbone) 10 days ago. I has several screws etc placed in my cheek. Prior to the surgery my eyes were fine (black and swollen but no vision problems). Now however I have terrible double vision. Both eyes work OK but they don't line up! All the post-op swelling etc has gone but the double vision has persisted. Apparently the muscles may be damaged but as there has been no improvement for so long, I am starting to get very worried - also fed up wearing eye patch!

Anyone had experience of this sort of thing following a facial op?

Many thanks for reading.

Darren
