If you have a Rheumatalogist he or she shouldn't have a problem prescribing it for you. I have been taking it for 2yrs now by script..The only concern of Doctors is that ,it is addictive . I take one a day ,very rarely have i taken two. The doctors can tell if you abuse it by how meny times you refill...so be carefull....Take Good Care of You..Good luck...Cyn*
