Kim and Susan,
I have been having really bad leg pain for a long long time. It is 100 times worse at night and then of course I have problem sleepiing. I've got meds for this, but it doesn't always help. As for the dry eyes, sometimes my eyes are so dry that I use "tears" to help them, but then other times my eyes just water like there is no tomorrow. ppointment with a rheumatologist, but could not get in for three months which was the end of May. Definitely keep your December appt., but if you can find one sooner, I would go. Definitely check out spots on the internet, there are hundreds of doctors out there. But be forwarned, most of us have been told for years that it isn't FMS, but they don't know what it is. It is VERY hard to detect and there are still some doctors out there that doen't believe this syndrome exists. If they say that it's not FMS, try another doctor. Look through some of the message on this board and others. You may be able to find someone else that can help you. Good luck and gentle hugs to you.
