: Hi everyone. I have a question and I am hoping someone can help me. Last winter I began having terrible muscle aches, fatigue, etc. Doctor did all kinds of blood tests but no diagnosis. Had an appointment with a rheumatologist, but could not get in for three months which was the end of May. by the end of May I was feeling better, so stupid me, I did not go to my appointment. Now I am having similar symptoms but my main problems are in my legs, mostly my hips, thighs and knees. My left leg is killing me. This morning when I woke up I could hardly walk because my hips were hurting so bad. Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone else had these symptoms. I rescheduled my rheumatology appointment but can't get in until Dec. 22. Also, I was just diagnosed last week with dry eye syndrome. Is all of this related? Or am I going crazy?? Thanks for any advice you can give.

You are not alone. That is what I am going through. Last year, my doctor thought I had every thing from M.S. to bone cancer. I had painful EMG's, MRI's x-rays. etc. It all boils down to something called hypermobility which is asssociated with fibro.
