: Karen, I had this problem in my left leg. That was the worst spot on my entire body. I ended up going to PT for 15 months before I had some sort of relief. It was a combination between injections and PT, but the pain ended up coming back after a couple of months again. I'm at a loss as to explain why it seems stronger or more severe in one area than another. Just one of the strange symptoms in this ever so strange syndrome. I am now in therapy again and have been trying lidoderm patches. They seem to have some effect, but since it's only been 1 month waiting to see long-term effects. Will try to keep you posted.

CHARLIE...Thanks for your response. I am curious as to if the pain in your left was in the upper half or all over??? My pain in just in the upper half. I just had another MRI done Friday but I'm sure the report will be neg. You said you use lidoderm patches...what are these? Also, are you able to work with the pain? I am an elementary education teacher and I haven't returned to school this year because of my leg problem. There is no way I could do all the running around that I do in a typical school day with this pain. Would you mind replying once again. I am grateful! KAREN
