Hi felow FM'ers. I'm still feeling better. Stiffness only but the constant pain/throbing etc in my back, arms, hips is gone. I use my hot tub as often as possible, even thru the winter (Massachusetts). Massage and chiro weekly. It's been a very expensive disease, and I'm thankful I still work every day (part-time) and have a wonderful supportive husband and kids. I do have a cleaning lady bi-monthly. No I'm not rich, just found people that give me great breaks on their services. You have to ask around and offer them a price, my massage is only 25.00 p/hour paid monthly. She likes the $100.00 check and I go to her house. She is certified w/all papers etc. Good luck...
