Linda, Glad it's over! Looks like the vocational expert came through for you! Don't faint if you receive what's called a "fully favorable decision"!
: Hi everyone! I am back from the dreaded disability hearing. I got there early and it started an hour late! Anyway, as it turned out, the judge asked me about 10 or 15 questions, my lawyer asked me about 10 questions, the judge and lawyer asked my daughter about 10 questions, then the "specialist" on finding work or jobs that a person can do to "earn a substantial income" couldn't find anything I could do with the problems I have. The judge tried to suggest some things and the guy said no, it won't work. So...finally it all ended with the judge saying he needs some more of my medical records that were missing, and we were excused. When we got outside the door, my laawyer had a big smile on his face, and said it looks like I got it! I was too exhausted to even be happy. But, now that I'm home, and somewhat rested, I am so happy I could just...well, actually I can't do anything! But if I could, I would be dancing! Thanks to everyone for all the crossed fingers and other body parts. It helped!!! Love to all!
