: This is new to me...I live in Phoenix, where the summers are legendary for heat and low humidity. When it becomes cooler to us it feels cold, and for the first time I have had a flare-up of fibro pain, where I am achy, can't seem to get warm, and my joints and muscles hurt more than usual. Any of you folks experience similar surprises. Al

Hey Al!...I get that surprise every day practically around here i am from Up-State New York and it is humid and Damp here..It really affects this condition in a hugh way..If my family wasn't here i would think about moving to were you are. Are you getting enough sleep or have you had more stress than usual? Other things may be effecting your Fibro. I hope your flare gets better and you feel better soon...Take Good Care of You!...Cyn*
