Dear friend:Since Fibro is a syndrome(generalized grouping of symptoms), you can have the ailment without having every single symptom. I have the general achiness, painful joints, fatigue, IBS, etc. I don't have some of the accompanying ailments that others sometimes have(rheumatoid arthritis,eg.). Also I have the tender pts.
