Hi Robin, I've had tailbone pain for several years now. I spend a lot of time on the computer and I sit on TWO pillows because one just wasn't cutting it any more. Turns out I have 2 degenerated disks which are causing at least part of the pain.....ever had an MRI? I had docs tell me the pain was my tailbone, my back, sciatica, and all in my head. Nope, it's FM!! Also, I don't know if anyone else has had this happen but if I roll onto my back in my sleep I wake up and can't move and have excruciating pain in my back/hips. Once I roll over it goes away within a few minutes....
