Hi Lisa and everyone else who is thinking about bunion surgery or has had it.
I went for another opinion regarding my bunion surgerywhich was scheduled for next week,
and this doctor told me that if I am
not in much pain......don't do it! He said that my toe is quite mobile and that if I get
orthodics..............it won't fix the bunion but it will stop the progression and elimnate my
other foot getting one. So for now I am not going to have surgery. Thanks to ABC news
and the doctor on the news. He said unless it really is aboslutley necessary, don't
go through this surgery. .that's why I went for another opinion! I may need surgery
sometime in the future..................but then again I may not! For now I am waiting.
