Thank you Carrie for responding. This site is probably one of the wrost I have ever been on with
regard to people responding! No one ever writes back to anyone.
I saw two other doctors, and they told me that unless I am having a lot of pain, not
to have the surgery. I really do not have much pain unless my foot is placed in a tight
closed toe .....So I have cancelled it for now. I am going to get orthodics for both
feet to stop the progression of the bunion and to eliminate the chances of getting another one on the
other foot. I may still have surgery, but for now I am waiting. Again thank you so much
for responding to my question. Louise
