A friend recently had surgery to remove a bump from his foot. The doctor thought it may be a rare wart. The doctor removed part of the wart but left the roots. After surgery, the doctor - a surgeon - wasn't sure if it was a wart or not. Six weeks later another bump has appeared next to the prior bump. The bump is hard, small and looks like someone is trying to push a pin through the skin from the inside out. Any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks
