If you do have Plantar Fascitis then a cortisone shot can help if it is the right kind. For example, Kaiser Hospital's cortisone shots are the equivalent of WATER. They are completely useless.
In the past I have had numerous shots for Plantar Fascitis from Kaiser and it has done absolutely nothing nor were there any kind of aftereffects.
In my search to get my Plantar Fascitis cured, I was told of a Dr. who uses a special kind of Cortisone. He includes something else in his Cortisone shot. I went to this doctor and he gave me his shot. For the next 24 hours my foot swelled so bad, I couldn't even walk but after the swelling went down there was immediate relief. I don't know what he uses but it's very potent and it works.
Another thing that was interesting was that when I was on the way out of his office, I met another patient of his but did not say a thing to him about why I was there and what other doctors had told me about the Doctor's cortisone. Surely enough this patient told me the same thing, that this doctor's Cortisone cured of his problem where other shots from other doctors did nothing.
The doctor's name is Steven Subotnick and his office is in San Leandro, California.
He is a very well known, highly respected and experienced doctor.
