Yes it is called morning feet from plantar faciatis. You need to stretch the achellis tendon usually 4-5 times per day esp. before getting out of bed. It hurts like hell but it really helps.

morning and get out of bed, I can hardly stand on my right foot because of the pain in my right heel. After I walk for awhile, it feels ok, just alittle sore. When I sit down at work for any extended time, the same thing happens again. When I stand up, I can hardly walk on my right foot because of the pain in my heel. : Anyone have any ideas what is wrong with my foot. I am in a job where I am on my feet several hours per day, but I cant remember injuring myself in any way. Thanks for any information you can give.
