: Get good supportive shoes. Most people find properly fitting birkenstock sandals are the best. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and get plenty of vitamin c, d, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and up to 100 mg vitamin B6 per day.
: Gently massage and stretch the calf muscles using your thumbs to massage, and leaning forward against a wall to stretch your calves. Rubbing the sole of the foot and achilles should be good as well. Learn proper exercises for your feet.
: Ice whenever you feel like it, but not for more than ten minutes at a time.
: Anti-inflammatory medications are good if your stomach can take it.
: Cortisone shots are controversial treatment these days as they are questionably effective and have complications like weakening the tissue of the plantar fascia, sometimes leading to ruptures.
: Get a new Doctor! An informed physician would have told you all these things already. Others like to charge for shots and surgery.

First I was told PF and now tendonitis, I have pain in my ankle, heel and bottom of my foot. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I don't know who to talk to. All I know is I have terrible pain and no relief......
