: My problem is I'm having a weird sensation in my 2nd and 3rd toe on one foot. It's like numbness but I can feel something when I touch it. I feel like my sock is bunching up under my toes when it isn't. I haven't had any pain. I also have web toes. Having a really thick nail on the one toe, the Dr. thought removing the nail may help. It hasn't. He did an untrasound and said I have a neuroma. He said the next step is cortisone and orthotics. Is this a waste of time and money? Isn't surgery the best option? Please email me with your comments. Thank you!
I had surgery ten months ago and am still in pain. I can't walk barefooted without being in pain. Be careful about surgery. I wish I never had it.
