At the start of August, i noticed my big toe was getting red and sore, so i put some cream on. It has still been there and its still here now, it is on one side of my toe, i think it might be an in-growing toe nail, but i put a plaster on yesterday, and took it off now, and i found lots of yellowy substance on my plaster and its all gungy, and i am getting very worried about it! Can anybody diagnose this, as i don't have the time to go and see a doctor!!
