I have been dating my girlfriend for about three weeks. I thought ther was something wrong with her feet because she doesn't exactly limp but she walks kind of funny and her feet don't seem to bend, and she always wears pumps, never high heels or open toes.
Yesterday we went swimming and I saw her feet for the first time and I'm still getting over the shock. She has the worst bunions I have ever seen, and she's only 20. Not only that but her second and third toes are webbed together and they sit on top of the big toe on both feet. She saw me staring at them and I asked her if there was anything that could be done, like an operation or something. She said that the doctors said that her feet were just too bad to do anything. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before? Surely something can be done as she told me that she is often in a lot of pain.
