Ok, it was about a year ago this month.....I was playing with my dog, chasing her around teh house., as I was chasing her thru the den
I somehow managed to plant ,my right foot's last three toes under the den door, so that when i brought my leg up for the
next stride...WHAM! The brunt of the force was centered on the third toe of my right foot....near where the phalange m,eets the
metatarsal. I put some ice on it , and even though it hurt soemthing awful, i figured i just really "dinged" it
and that was that..
Now its about a year later...ive been walking on the foot fine for months now, but if i accidentally bump the lower part of my toe, it still hurts
really bad foor a few seconds, but the main thing that worries me i s that i cant bend that toe
I know psychologicallly, i dont want to bend it cuz i know it will hurt, but even when iu try my hardest to bend it
i cant....i want to know if my toe broken and if so, is ther any thing i can do about it now...or is it a bigger probl;em?
thanks- Sadiqa
