i have been a type II diabetic for about three years now. for the last year i have been having a re-current problem with my feet. i get small painful blisters (mainly on the arch of the foot. after a few days they erupt into a rash and spread. does anyone know what this is? does anyone know of a treatment? could this be diabetes related? please help
