I am scheduled for surgery on 12/28/00. I am having a bunionectomy done the tri-corectional way. I will have no pins sticking out of my foot but a screw will be inside my foot. IT done all under local anesthesia and they said that I will be able to walk out of there after surgery. Has anybody had this done? I'm curious about the pain afterwards.
