I just want to know what had happened to my ankle/heel. It is always painful and just like jerking
a sort of pain when I stepped on the floor. It is just like stepping on something inside my heel/ankle
But the pain goes on and off. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, when I stepped on the floor
Please explain why. Is it due to the Blood Clotting.
