I am going to have mine removed on the 9th of November. I have noticed from the other messages it looks like an aggravation causes them. I just recently started at the gym and work heavy on my legs, could this have made it pop up? supposedly, because I have a desk job, I will be out only 4 days but with a "shoe boot" for 2 weeks until the stitches come out.
