Hi - I have got two neuromas on each foot, and i WISH i could find the comfortable shoe option! There just doesn't seem to be any correlation between shoe type and aggrevation of the condition. When I wear flat shoes, even if some have a wide toe box and aren't at all tight, they can sometimes still really make the problem worse - for me it's trainers that are especially bad. But, have you tried using some sort of cushioned innnersole to your boots, as this may help you to avoid the pounding?
