My podiatrist suggests surgery for my foot. I have extra built up bone on top of my foot which is rubbed by my shoe and causes pain. He says he will make an incision and sand of the extra bone then put stitches that will later dissolve. I will wear a surgical shoe for 2 weeks than regular shoes when comfortable. Has anyone had this kind of surgery and was it success full?
