I am going to be having my left foot operated on for a bunion using the tri-correctional technique. It is done under a local with IV sedation and a screw holds the bones in place. Has anyone had this done? I am now having nightmares that my foot is going to hurt more in the long run than it does now. Do the drugs really help?
