: The way you choose your shoe is important, make sure the surface of the shoe where you put your orthotics on is flat. For example, if you put on a nike shoes where they already have their own "curve" on the surface, then you can experience some pain with the orthotics. PS. Choose your shoes carefully.

: Another thing, if you want to see if the orthotics improved your feet or not, try 1 day without wearing your orthotics. I bet you will feel really uncomfort, that is because you lose your body balance again - compare to your total comfort with the Alznner orthotics, where your body balance is good.
