The last two years I have pain in the balls of my both feet. The ballen of my big toes are red and swollen, it seems my big toes are pointing toward the lesser toes. Someone told me this condition is called a bunion. My lesser toes are curled up with corns on them.

Perhaps someone has some hints for me here.
