I am a 34 woman who has Fybromyalgia (Cronic) I have heel spurs that the Foot Doc says could cause some but not all of my problems. I had 1 cortisone shot from HELL never again. Any how My feet from my toes hurt so bad i can barely walk! They wake me up at night from the pain! Any Suggestions? Anyone?
