Does anybody know if there are surgical procedures to cure over-pronation?
As a child I was told told to be a bit flat feeted, but it hasnīt caused me any
trouble until now. My right foot is fine but my left one doesnīt feel stable. It holds
my weight alright and I can walk miles if I must but it feels very uncomfortable. It feels
like my foot would be in a unnatural position.
On x-ray both foot arches look the same, so if the problem is a lowered arch it must be a question
of millimeters. X-ray shows that my ligaments in both ankles are lax, but I have never hurt my ankles
so I donīt know if the problem stems from the ankle.
I have seen several orthopaedics but they have just said that try physiotheraphy and orthopedic soles.
Well, physiotherapy didnīt help. I am using custom made soles, with these I can walk but it still feels
unnatural and very uncomfortable.
Please, please reply if you have experience of this problem or know what could help.
