About 2 months ago I started noticing that when I would get up out of bed in the morning or up from sitting for awhile it felt like I was walking on stubs and it was hard to walk. After about 5 or 10 minutes they felt pretty normal. But now I have been experiencing a throbbing pain in the arches of my feet. It's not constant but is continually getting worse. They will throb no matter what I am doing. In fact, I can be in bed and all of a sudden my right foot arch will throb for about 2 hours and then subside. Then I may be sitting at my desk and my left foot arch will throb for maybe 5 minutes, etc. Last night my left thigh on the inside throbbed for about 2 hours and when I got out of bed my calf felt like I was getting a charley horse. It feels like they are possibly nerves throbbing but today I am having trouble walking on my feet without pain. I do have high blood pressure and I am about 50 pounds overweight. Any suggestions of what this might be and what kind of doctor I should see?
