: : I to have been experiencing bad foot odor for several years. Right now I do not wear any socks or panty hose because its hot and I can get away with it at work. Regardless, my feet still stink. The doctors I have seen look at me crazy when I tell them I'm there because my feet stink. Because I donot have any symptoms of athletes foot, to them its not major. I even went to another doctor on pretense of a nail fungus but she said that was not the case either. When I asked her what it might be she looked at me and said, "Frankly, I don't smell anything." Well I told her about the comments I would hear, the people staring at my feet like they're two dead animals. She gave me a spray that would help with the odor. Ha! Another doctor gave me something to stop the sweating because I told him that the powders and odoreaters just made them sweat and smell worse. I am so glad I did the search to find out more information. When I clicked on to read your message I was so amazed and relieved. It is so true that your confidence level drops to nothing. I try hard every day to go to work as if nothing is wrong.
: I'm currently in need of a permanent job and I am afraid to go on interviews, 1) it's too embarassing and 2) I'd have to put on pantyhose.
: It's amazing but alot of the time you're worried that everyone will smell your feet but most of the time I can't smell them at all.
To all who have smelly feet. My sister says that soaking your feet in formaldehyde works!(maybe it's because it smells so bad, it hides the smell of your feet). I've yet to try it, but she swears that it works.
