I have pain in both feet. It is mostly my toes. They burn and at times feel like they have pins poking them. This wakes me at night at times. I do not have artheritis, this has been ruled out by the Dr. I am wearing the SAS shoes with inserts but they still hurt. Please if anyone has any advice I would appreciate hearing about it.
