I have a problem which only shows up in the winter. Once my feet get cold the toes start to get red, tender and
swollen. After a while (few weeks) they get very painful, especially when they are warm. I have found it more
comfortable to keep my feet on the cool side vs. warm. It doesn't go away until the weather turn in the spring.
Any help would be great.
