Shep--I had bunionectomy in 1996 + great toe joint implant...... the bunion problem area feels great--that was no biggie---the joint implant ---now that's another story----really stiff at times.........Dr. said when he went in--if the cartilage is 50% or more gone---he would put implant in & yepper--he did......again---there is no pain where bunion was---feels great,,,,, a tradeoff I guess---surgery was really nothing---up walking right away with that shoe/boot thing that is stiff so you can't bend your foot....

: I would like to hear from other men who have bunions and corns. how do you deal with them. I know women get them too but our shoes and lifestyle (sports) are dfferent...what do other men do...??
