Thanks Peter.
My foot does change color and temperature. It definitely gets cold very fast when I am outside.
After an hour outside, it is cold while the other foot is still warm. Late in the day it often gets read
and warm. It is clear that there is blood building up there. It is numb and burning at that time.
There is still numbness in general although probably a bit reduced. The tendon pain is constant and basically an ache.
Alot of the other pain is more spasmodic. The main improvement at this point is that my big toe has certainly calmed down a bit.
I recently had a bone scan to test for RSD but i dont know that results yet.
