Hi,
I too, have big trouble with my feet. In the past 2 1/2 years I have been diagnosed with just about everything. I also had the cortisone shot you had, and couln't believe the pain. I had 2 on the bottom of my left foot and one on the inside of my right ankle, no fun at all! I have ended up at our local pain clinic and believe I am getting some help. The 1st thing they did was to give me an MRI. Sure enough I have spinal stenosis. This injury to my spine is causing my feet pain. I was given an anti-inflamatory injection into my spine and enjoyed 1 1/2 weeks of total pain free life, until it wore off. The neurologist there gave me 2 subsequent shots but neither worked so they can't give me any more. But having the pain free time proved to me what my problem is. Just a thought, not a good one, but a thought. Good luck.
: I am a 34 woman who has Fybromyalgia (Cronic) I have heel spurs that the Foot Doc says could cause some but not all of my problems. I had 1 cortisone shot from HELL never again. Any how My feet from my toes hurt so bad i can barely walk! They wake me up at night from the pain! Any Suggestions? Anyone?
