I have been taking calcium supplements for about 8 months. I have also had 2 cortisone shots from hell. I am improved. I think the last shot may have damaged a nerve because I have a numbness with tingling in some areas. This could be referred from the spur, I'm not sure. Can't wait to try the Lithotripsy type surgery. Calcium may be the improvement.
