Dear Sir or Madam,
I m a young man who has long had trouble with my feet and legs. When I was young I was pidgeon toed
ie my feet would face towards each other, although this has stopped I get little support from my feet. I suffer from
pronation in both my feet and the weight of my body tends to be directed over the outside of each foot.
I swim cycle and run but find these aren't strenghening my feet, could any body suggest some advice or exercises
I could apply ???
