Well, steve and lori, it appears I've joined the club of heel spur syndrome. I've recently became a waitress on my feet for 9 hours. The position is ending because of the pain and disabling moments after 4 days working 9 hour shifts. From what I hear the prognosis of cortisone shots, and even surgery may be dim. I was hoping like you to hear a quicker,fast remedy. I have yet to confirm this diagnosis with a orthopedic man but the symptoms are painfully so. If any more infor is heard please keep me advised.
